Manager, eLearning and DTP

Larry Pilotto

We create stronger relationships through language, and relationships create a better world.  Interpro connects people of different cultures worldwide through language while creating long-term partnerships that bridge cultures and remove language barriers.

Meet Larry

Larry is the eLearning and Desktop Publishing Manager at Interpro. He was hired in 1997 as a Multilingual Desktop Publishing Specialist, and has formatted hundreds of thousands of pages in various languages and applications during his time at Interpro. Some time around 1999, he became interested in web development and took oversight of the Interpro website. Fast-forward to 2004, and eLearning was growing in popularity. With a background in layout, typesetting, and website production it seemed a natural progression for him to move into eLearning.

On any given day Larry could be doing DTP or eLearning Engineering production work, coding our website, communicating with global production teams, or consulting with clients. With his diverse background, he supports a wide variety of applications and clients across multiple industries at various stages of a project’s lifecycle. When he’s not providing translation and localization services, Larry enjoys being a father, playing guitar, and taking care of animals.

“No two days are ever the same at Interpro. Every job has different technical requirements, deals with different source content, and is translated into different languages. The wide range of combinations these factors produce definitely keeps things interesting.”
